We use several channels for delivery notifications: SMS, phone call, e-mail or social media messenger platforms.

The following documents can be attached:
- Business documents;
- Invoices;
- Contracts;
- Purchase receipts;
- Document forms, etc.
Documents do not include:
- Bank cards and other financial instruments (bills of exchange, bonds, stocks, etc.), calendars, brochures, notepads, notebooks, flyers, advertising materials, memory cards with electronic documents, portraits, paintings, reproductions;
- Identity documents cannot be sent, since the sender and recipient must be the person whose document is in the parcel.

There are no weight restrictions, however, for shipments from Azerbaijan, the weight of the documents should not exceed 3 kg.

Payment can be made by either the sender or the recipient.

You can send shipments from countries where CDEK offices are located: South Korea, United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Italy, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, UAE, Vietnam, Israel, Poland, France, China, Germany, and South Korea.
